Having lived in Indonesia for four years, Adrian & Jody have seen the potential and growth of Lombok and are dedicated to helping other overseas investors own a slice of paradise.

NOT JUST AN INVESTMENT PROJECT

Originally from Sydney, both Adrian and Jody have a portfolio of investment properties in Australia. Like many others, this ignited their passion for property and have since brought their previous renovation experience to Indonesia, successfully renovating local houses, and starting Kuta’s first ‘build your own bowl’ restaurant concept.

As developers, they are creating not just an investment project, but also their own forever home—ensuring every villa is built to the high standards, quality, and comfort they would want for themselves.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Adrian’s corporate career is rooted in Project Management and Jody has had experience in Design for property branding agencies, as well as interior and architecture companies. Their combined knowledge and experience in Indonesia drives them to consider stunning architectural designs and thoughtful interior layouts, considering every aspect of the developments is meticulously planned to provide an unparalleled living experience.

Their experiences in Indonesia has cemented their passion for the growth of Lombok and established partnerships with a team of trusted local contractors.
